Botanica Lithuanica is a quarterly scientific journal of the Institute of Botany (Vilnius), Vilnius University, and Vilnius Pedagogical University. The journal was established in 1995.

Botanica Lithuanica publishes botanical research papers dealing with general problems of botany, botanical diversity, plant and fungi systematics, cenology, ecology and geography, economic botany, and conservation of botanical diversity. The journal is open to Lithuanian and foreign botanists. 
Supplementum in Lithuanian is published annually.
